Java Program: Bell Curve using arrays

Four types of input:

1. filename.text
2. interval size : 
1. default:  is drawn from filename.txt
2. from keyboard entered by users

Output:  Horizontal graphs:

1. x-axis : scores in the sub-intervals 
2. y-axis: Number of students
   (symbols: * and +)
3. others: 25% 50% and 75%

4. Composite curves

   Input score for predictions
