Issue Analysis

For this assignment, please read the Goddard v.Google case provided within the homework folder.  Using the Issue Evaluation document also provided in the homework folder please analyze the case.   You want to follow the format provided in the evaluation document using proper section headings.  Please do not write the evaluation as if it were a term paper, the format will help keep you organized and on track and using that format is part of your grade.   

In completing sections  6 & 7 you are looking at the situation from Google's standpoint.  What went wrong and for #7 identify organizational changes  that could be made to prevent the situation from happening in the future.
