Read Chapter 8 (especially pp. 252-253), ‘Shared Power in Groups’) and read chapter 9. Review chapter 5. Interview one or more people who work in a field that is important to you. Have these individuals answer the following questions: How frequent are meetings in your work? What is the length of time that these meetings take?, What kinds of topics are covered in your meetings?, How effective are your  meetings?, What factors contribute to their effectiveness or ineffectiveness? Write a 2 page essay describing your conclusions based on these interviews
