Construct a null and a two tail or one tail hypothesis for each of these situations.

1.   Fish will die without water.

2.   Law enforcement officers will make more DUI arrests when equipped with portable breathalyzers.

3.   Private attorneys and public defenders will have different acquittal rates.

4.   If you study you will get good grades.
