Human Resources Manager

For this assignment you are to assume the role of the Human Resources Manager (HRM) for Acme Incorporated, a small industrial company located in the Midwest section of the United States.  The CEO has asked you to develop a comprehensive employee benefits plan for the entire company.

Assignment Instructions: Consider all of the information, both internal and external to Acme Inc. you must consider when developing and planning an employee benefits plan. What information is the most important to this planning process? Which might be the least important consideration?  Conduct research into this problem and cite your reasoning.

You are to support your ideas, arguments, and opinions with independent research, include at least three (3) supporting references or sources (NOT Wikipedia, unknown, or anonymous sources), and format your work in accordance with 6th edition APA formatting which includes:

• A Title Page
• Abstract with Keywords
• A minimum of 3 FULL pages of written content, Times New Roman, 12 font, 1" margins, left justified, and 
• A Reference page

While this is a management/HR course, it is expected you will adhere to academic standards of writing which include spelling, grammar, and writing mechanics.
