There are numerous people in managerial positions that would "yell" out directions, yet do not provide the means to accomplish whatever the objectives. In fact, there are some that would not even articulate clear directions is to the intended objectives and how to achieve them; however, they somehow expect results. How can this be? In your experience, have you come across a situation like this and which role did you play in this process (the manager or employee)? How did you feel in your role?
