1. A persistent problem at many companies, especially stores, is theft. Shoplifters help themselves to merchandise and dishonest employees take items from store inventories. As the owner of a company, what will you do to help reduce employee theft?  Provide a specific example to help explain your answer. 
2. Although some companies use blogs as a marketing tool, most blogs are written by individuals who enjoy posting their thoughts online. The privacy issue involves the line between what people do as employees, and what they do on their own time. In your opinion, do employees have the right to negatively blog about their employers?  Briefly explain why you chose that answer.
