Benefits 150 words
Although benefits account for a large share of employee compensation, many feel there is little evidence on whether an employer receives an adequate return on the benefits investment. Most organizations made cuts or alterations to benefits programs in recent years as well.
One suggestion has been to link benefits to individual, group, or organization performance.
Explain the differences in how these would work and why you would or would not recommend this strategy to an organization. What kinds of benefits would you link to each and why?
