what is needed : PROFESSIONAL LEARNING MODULE (PLM) FINAL PROJECT: APPLYING PEOPLE CMM TO YOUR ORGANIZATION As part of the Professional Learning Model, students are to choose an organization and apply the People CMM. The first two (2) weeks of class students will learn about the uses of the People CMM and select an organization. The next two (2) weeks students will focus on applying the People CMM principles. The PLM part two assignment is described below. Part 2: During the next two (2) weeks students research and write the remainder of this PLM project. The following tasks are due Forum 4 (due date in schedule below): • Identify People CMM initiatives to be implemented • How will you gain buy-in from leadership in the organization? • How will you gain buy in from the organization’s employees? • What training will be required for your People CMM implementation plan? • Other areas relevant to your company and your People CMM plan.
