1. A request for proposal (RFP) will state carefully what goods or services are wanted.  The RFP will specify how the proposal should be organized and what information should be included.
2. Find a RFP in your major ( Health Administration)
3. Paraphrase some elements of the proposal, as well as respond to some other specifications that I am asking form. This means you will have to use your imagination.  Do some pretending that you have the qualification and the other resources to do the job.  Most of this information will go into the project description and the biographical sketch.  See below.
4. The list below has the items that you will include in the assignment.

ii. Letter of Intent
iii. RFP in your major
iiii. Table of Content (This is for the items that will be in your work)
v. Project Description – Read the project description and then paraphrase to show that you understand:.

 

• The purpose of the project
• The description of the project
• Budget
• Date of submission
• To whom the proposal should be submitted

 

vi. Biographical Sketch/Qualifications5 points – Imagine that you are responding to the RFP, give a detail description of the qualifications that you, the team or the company that will be working on the project have.
