I have document need to complete

I designed website with my partner and after we done we need to write document about the pages I have 5 questions should answer

 As example page one I have to answer the questions according to the pages in short paragraphs (3-4 sentences).

Page One (HOME):

1.         What do I want my visitors to know here?

2.         What do I want my visitors to do at this point?

3.         What do I want my visitors to feel right now?

4.         Where do I want my visitors to go next?

5.         How do I make it easy for them to do that?

Then I have to answer these questions with each page at the website which is 8 pages
