History summarization

I have 6 history topics. I need a page of summarization for each topic. the directions to writing the the summarization are listed in tha attachment (Who, why, where,etc.) and as much detail as possible in one page. ignore the fact that the attachment says 2+ pges i need it to be 1 full page not much more or much less.
