HISTORY SPEECH

Choose a president from Chapters 9 & 10 (George Washington to John Quincy Adams) and write a two-page public address/speech that covers a minimum of two important issues (at least one covering a military issue and one on government evolution) that took place during that president’s term(s). Your speech will need to be in APA style. Make sure to please include all necessary citations in writing.
