Hierarchical Network Design

I want a Hierarchical Network Design for a college that consists of 2 buildings- one of them has 2 floors and the other has one.
Building1:150 meters long, 2 floors, each floor has 30 lecture theatres. Each Theatre has 24 workstations. POP is on floor1.
Building2: 50 meters long, 1 floor, 20 lecture theatres. Each Theatre has 24 workstations.
