Assignment 2: Organizational Performance Report
It is critical for a consultant to work with the client in determining the scope of the project, clearly defining the expected performance outcomes, and measuring and assessing our impact. For this assignment, you are to follow the directions below to develop a 3- to 5-page report on how to be successful during client engagement.
Directions:
Using your textbook readings and two additional scholarly resources from the Argosy University online library resources, complete the following in three to five pages:
- Define organizational performance.
- Compare and contrast two models of organizational performance.
- Explain how to measure and assess organizational performance.
- Determine how you would deal with a client's different conceptualization of organizational performance.
- Explain how long changes take to transpire and how long they last. Justify your responses.
Your final product will be in a Microsoft Word document and be approximately three to five pages in length. You will utilize at least two scholarly sources in your research. Your paper should be written in a clear, concise, and organized manner; demonstrate ethical scholarship in accurate representation and attribution of sources; and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources
