Help with history essay question

Outline:

 

1.) Total 2 page single spaced when completed, New York times font, 10-11 size, about 50 page of reading material (chapter 2 and 3) 

2.) Due 10/07 before 9 pm 

3.) There are 4 essay type questions , and each question has breakdown of smaller questions. 

4.) Answer each question in detail and have to follow smoothly like a summary, cannot just jump from one question to the next. Not necessary to have an introduction or conclusion for each question.
