Help with 2 questions assignment seperatly.

A) What were some of the topics Luther raised in the 95 Theses (http://www.iclnet.org/pub/resources/text/wittenberg/luther/ninetyfive.txt)? What did he see as the major problems with the religious practices of his day?

B) Why did the Reformation happen in the early 16^th century after Martin Luther posted the 95 Thesis rather than earlier in response to other protests against Church practice?
