Assignment 2: Evaluation Systems

Drawing on the reading you have done thus far, imagine you are assigned to create a new evaluation system for the employees at the company for which you work and do the following:

• Explain to your employer how you would go about creating this system.
• When your employer limits you to using only four competencies in the evaluation system, explain how you would determine which competencies are most important to your employer.
• Describe which competencies you think would be most important to your employer and justify your choices.

Write a paper in 500 to 750 words in Word format. Apply APA standards to citation of sources. Use the following file naming convention: LastnameFirstInitial_M2_A2.doc.
