If you were Google's CEO, what would you do?

Your analysis should include the application of at least one concept from each chapter in the text we have studied thus far (including Week 5: Chapter 9).


Executive summary outlining your strategic analysis and recommendations.
Synopsis of the major case facts, key problems, and strategic issues that management needs to address.
Strategic analysis of those key issues utilizing tools and techniques presented in the text (using tables and charts if appropriate).
Conclusion/Recommendations section which focuses on your well-supported action plan to address the strategic issues of the case.
