 650 word minimum (not including budget and any references cited).

 Use headings and sub-headings as appropriate. More headings and sub-headings are better than less.

 Citation of references in the draft is encouraged but not required.

 Style is up to you.

 Double-spaced with 1’ margins.

 Include page numbers.

 Include your name at the top of the first page and indicate whether you have chosen A, B, or C below.

 Type text with a word processor. The following file formats are acceptable: .doc, .docx, .rtf, and .txt.
