Think of a supervisor whom you would like to interview. Confirm and set a time with the person. Using the ITT Tech Virtual Library, begin to conduct research on the company or industry of the person selected to interview.

Based on your research, list the types of motivation and leadership development the company uses.
Now, conduct your interview, finding answers to the following questions:

1. What type of supervisory style is used?

2. Does this supervisor use team projects?

3. What intrinsic and extrinsic rewards are used?

4. Are there ethical issues that this supervisor has to deal

   with?

5. How does this supervisor keep his/her employees

   motivated?

6. You are not limited to these questions. Feel free to

   come up with some of your own.
