Read the most recent copy of Fortune magazine’s annual feature issue on the “100 Best Companies to Work For” (see http://fortune.com/rankings/).

Pick one of the 100 best companies you are interested in, then go to its direct company web site, research the information available, and compare it against the descriptions of key management challenges described in Chapter 13. For example, what does the company web site  say about the company’s organizational culture, the company’s vision, the training provided to employees, opportunities for employees to maximize their talents, reward systems for employees, and so on. Share your findings with your classmates in a well-developed Main Post (300-350) and be sure to include the web references using APA format.
