Select a process that a person would do every day but would like to spend less time doing, such as driving to work (anything simple)

 Design a flowchart using an appropriate tool.

Comment on the factors that affect the process design.

Identify at least one metric could be used to measure the process.

Create a flowchart for the process.

Collect data for the identified metric every day of the work week. (Data must be submitted every week)
