For your seven- to ten-page Final Project (not including the title and reference pages), “Stage Six: Strategic Plan – Change Leadership,” you will synthesize the research and writing completed in Weeks One through Five of the course into a cohesive plan for change.

Instructions
For your Strategic Plan:

  1. Describe the problem/issue(s) identified previously.
  2. Describe strategies you identified, per the research for addressing that issue(s)/problem(s).
  3. Describe the technology-based plan you previously developed to facilitate the change (or part of the change) identified.
  4. Describe the mental models that exist in your school or district and provide at least two strategies for either changing existing mental models or using them to strengthen your plan for change.
  5. Apply the research from at least two current (published within the last five to seven years) peer-reviewed articles that identify the leadership style/approach that would be employed to facilitate the change you will recommend to stakeholders in your school or district (e.g., instructional leadership, transformational leadership, charismatic leadership, authoritarian leadership, etc.). Be sure to also describe the steps you would take to cultivate the traits/characteristics of this leadership style among administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to support the change. Defend why this leadership style/approach is best suited for supporting the change you recommend.

For this paper, please reference the course textbook, the two or more peer-reviewed research articles, and at least two other sources (for a total of five or more sources) to support your points throughout the paper. Be sure to include an introduction, section headings, and a strong conclusion to wrap up the main points of the paper.
