Visit the Fannie Mae Web site: www.fanniemae.com and complete the following steps for your written assignment.

1. Go to http://www.fanniemae.com/mbs/documents/smbs/prospectus/index.jhtml
2. You will now see at the bottom of the new screen, a list of dates under the heading Backed by Fannie Mae Certificates.
3. Click open any one of the dates, and a new document will open up.
4. On this new document, search for "Risk Factors." (Do a Search by clicking CONTROL/ FIND- type in the words "Risk Factors" and search for the next listing of "risk factors" until you come to the page that discusses risk factors.)
5. In a word document, describe at least five risk factors that you find. Write with full sentences. (Feel free to search other documents under those other dates below the heading "Backed by Fannie Mae."
