Instructions: For this assignment, you are required to conduct research into the different types of insurance programs that might be available in an organization's employee compensation & benefits package.  Please define and discuss the advantages of

1. Term life insurance
2. Universal whole life insurance
3. Accidental death & dismemberment, and
4. Long and short term disability insurance

You are to support your ideas, arguments, and opinions with independent research, include at least three (3) supporting references or sources (NOT Wikipedia, unknown, or anonymous sources), and format your work in accordance with 6th edition APA formatting which includes:
