Good. For more credit, handle the criticism that racial and gender humor is actually a vital tool for combatting racism and sexism, and so it is not so much a matter of avoiding it as doing it right. But to do it right, first of all the intentions have to be right. In Imus's case, I don't think his intentions were bad. But he was getting sloppy with execution.
