Why do you think it is so important to develop a relationship with every young child (especially a child with challenging behavior)? How will you work to develop this relationship? Cite the class text within your response.

Why is it important for teachers to understand students’ culture and backgrounds in an effort to address challenging behavior? Cite the class text within your response.
