Make recommendations for enhancing the organization's performance through structure, learning, and organization design practices.

Be sure to:

• Develop your recommendations in a way that is practical, actionable, and based on sound rationale. Use theories, models, or paradigms that you have learned in this course. Include concepts you have learned about what types of structures, practices, and methods enable organizations to perform better.
