Is this doable?
Use Visual Logic to crate a program that draws an envlope which opens and closes its flap
This program shouild
- Allow the user to specif the number of times the envlope's flap is opened/closed - a number in the range 1-10.
- Introduce a delay between the opening and closing of the flap.
