Using the findings from the first assignment, you have to develop 2 strategies (from models such as Porters generic strategy, Miles and snow strategy) for Singpost. Your focus should be on integrating the findings and feedback from the first report. i have attached the first report for your reference.

Describe why we should use this strategy and how should we use it. Also, suggest a new mission statement for Singpost.
