In 2002, WorldCom, the second largest U.S. long-distance telephone carrier confessed to what became one of the largest ever accounting frauds. What was wrong with WorldCom's financial statements? Specifically describe the 
problem or problems associated with their financial reporting. Were investors misled? 
Who is to blame for the fraud? What would you do to correct the problems associated with WorldCom?
