Underarousal and overarousal play a key role in how cognitive resources are assigned by the brain for tasks. A child who struggles with either one of these conditions will have a harder time than peers following a lesson. Explain how this might look in the classroom?
Visual perception is a big problem for dyslexics when words don't seem to stay in one place while reading. How could not being able to read things the same as others effect behavior in a younger child?
