As you know, investors will want a return in exchange for providing capital to the firm. Also, interest rates are relatively low right now. This should make bond issues more attractive for firms. However, the investors will be less interested to lock in the low rates for long periods of time. What suggestions would you give a firm that wanted to issue bonds in the current economy?
