As a healthcare manager myself, I struggled many times, day in and day out with risk management issues. There are new issues to deal with daily as well as policy and legislation as you have reviewed throughout our course readings. The fortunate piece to that was our leadership team. We tackled risk management from all ends through expedited patient assistance strategies, patient surveys, and ongoing process improvement.

 How do you believe that Providers can be factored into such a process with other leadership team members? Do you believe that this can assist with quelling some of these risk management issues?
