"Resisting Change" Please respond to the following: • Summarize a situation from your professional or personal experience where you were confronted with a potential change that you resisted. Describe the motivations behind your resistance to the change. Discuss what you did to overcome your resistance using the technical terminology used in the course. Then, explain whether or not the change ultimately had a positive or negative impact on you personally. • Using the methods of change described in Table 6.11 in Chapter 6 of the Palmer textbook, select the method for managing resistance to change that was utilized by the individual or individuals asserting the change in the instance indicated in Part 1 of this discussion.
