According to the Project Management Institute (PMI)® A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), Fifth Edition, 2013, “planning the project communications is important to the ultimate success of any project. Inadequate communications planning may lead to problems such as delay in message delivery, communication of information to the wrong audience, or insufficient communication to stakeholders” (p. 290). In considering the importance of stakeholder engagement and communication, describe three activities or actions you would implement to assure stakeholders that the project is managed within scope and schedule.
