Development Plan assignment

As you know, part of training and development of employees includes creating development plans for them.  Developments can help show what the employee excels at, what can be improved, and sets up a training plan for them.

Using page 391 as a guide, please create a development plan for yourself.  Think of your current job, past job or current situation to complete this assignment.  For example, in section "next assignments," you could say "obtain a job at xx" or list the next step in your career path at your current company or a past one.

Please write this assignment like a "form."  In other words, it shouldn't look like an assignment you turn in for a class, it should be a formal "form" a company can use.
