The Training Manager of Food Service Industries E-Mail Exercise

Instructions: You have been away on your annual vacation. On your return, the following

items have been printed from your e-mail and marked with a priority stamp by your assistant.

For each item, describe what you would do next. Can you make an immediate decision? What

additional information do you need? Are you going to involve other people? Describe your

criteria for each decision.

Provide at least one paragraph (5-7 sentences) for each item. Be sure to consider the questions in the direction in your answers. From your answers, I should be able to understand not only what you would do next, but also your decision making/problem solving process.
