As a manager, compose a memo regarding how you would respond to 1 of the following. Choice 1.

When Jason arrived as the only male in the finance department, it was made clear to him that he would have to get his own coffee and clean up after himself. Jason's status as the only male becomes an issue when there is a delivery of a heavy package and the women always ask Jason to lift it.   Choice 2. Susan gets angry when her colleagues talk among themselves in their native language. She assumes that they are talking and laughing about her. This causes her to avoid them and complain about them to others.  2 - 4 paragraphs. Cite ALL sources. References are a must.
