The IOM and the Leap Frog Group are concerned with the number of medical errors that exist in healthcare. Working to reduce this number is part of the healthcare administrator and professionals’ social responsibility. Generate at least two ideas for ways that medical errors could be reduced and identify which ethical principles apply to these decisions, the individuals involved, the organization, and the community. Be sure to focus on the ethics part and NOT the medical error component. Provide examples
