Final Paper Prompt:
What do you think dance will look like in 2026? Discuss what you think the trending issues will be socially, politically, technologically, etc, and how you see these tends informing the movement/dance you imagine happening in 2026. Address who is doing the dance and where it takes place. If you feel stuck, reflect back to year 2006 and look at how far we've progressed since then. Reflect on what our current trending issues are today and how you think they will play out.
Before you start writing, give yourself time to really reflect, imagine, brainstorm, and get creative. You are welcome to integrate outside sources, although this is not required.
As always, your writing is expected to organized, proofread, and well-developed through use of detailed and supportive examples. A good grade will result from a paper that follows all content and structural guidelines and implements excellent use of detailed examples in support of the author's ideas.
