Critical thinking class hw6

This will be your second post for the general exploration of the ideas in Rebecca Goldstein's argument about the role of logic and reason and the advancement of our civilization. 

  "What are the practices of our time that will appall the future?"

Take one appalling practice in our culture right now and right a valid and sound argument with evidence that will convince any reasonable person how it should be resolved. Post that and comment on at least 2 others in the class.
