I understand the importance of following the chain of command, however, when there is a vital situation within the clinic. Who is my point of contact? If I am coming to your office please believe that I have indeed followed the chain of command and the issue was not resolved. I feel that is very unprofessional for you not to acknowledge the request, when you did not know what the concern was about.
