Continuity of Operations Planning and Implementation

Many government officials view the RRS as highly visible “report cards” that are reviewed by White House Staff. Which statement do you support (and why)? (A) Departmental officials have an interest in reporting that they are “green to go” as much as possible in order to avoid potential repercussions or (B) It is advantageous to report problems, concerns or deficiencies in order to obtain additional resources to support their COOP efforts.

Would you suggest that your organization use COOP/business continuity planning software – why or why not? Are there any capabilities that you need lacking in the most used programs?
