Select a type of construction project that you are interested in building (this can be a residential home, commercial office building, etc). Write a detailed research paper explaining the type of project chosen, the team members involved and their specific responsibilities, the sequence of construction from the ground up, and the materials, methods, and equipment needed to complete the project.

Make the following determinations in relation to the project:

• Type of foundation
• Type of structural support/framing
• Type of exterior cladding and roofing

For each selection made, explain what makes these the most appropriate choices for the project. Explore safety requirements and create a plan to keep workers safe throughout the project. Describe environmental considerations and provide a detailed plan to incorporate sustainable construction initiatives into the project.
