2.       Testing plan and log

3.       Preparatory meeting checklist

4.       Scope of work for the material testing agency

5.       MSR using this specifications and make materials lead time assumption, knowing that you need to place the first concrete placement on Sep. 1^st 2016 

6.       Close-Out requirements
