I would have to agree with you XXXX, I too feel the same way because I would like to start my own business by myself. This is to the fact I am in the learning stage and if I fall down. I'm the only one who have to be picked up. I to think the most important thing to do is learning your business, learn ups and downs and what you need to do to make it successful. But if you don't know this and you have someone else in the business with you. I feel this may cause a great more conflicts than one needs

I too feel that money would be a great conflict and a partnership. That's why I feel is important when you go into a partnership is to hire a third-party that does not have nothing to do with the company such as a lawyer and draw up a contract with everything could be explained and divided equally. I feel this would cause less conflicts
