• Syntax is defined in your text as rules of a particular language that specify right from wrong and legal from illegal in that language. Contrast the way in which syntax errors are treated in compiled languages such as C++ and an interpreted language such as Java. Provide an example to support your response.
• Suppose you are building a C++ application for processing insurance claims. Describe the strategy that you would use in order to determine the data types you would need for your application. Provide three (3) data elements and the corresponding data types that you would use in your application. Provide a rationale for your response.
