CIS 355 Course Project

Need the solution for week 7 CIS 355 Course Project. All i need is the Code to make 2 "Tabs" in java the code must work.. and a screenShot of the code working is require. I have Attach a document called "Course_project_Examples." From this document i only want you to do the Tab lab "Option Tab" and the "General Tab" code these 2 tab and screen shot the results.
